Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your account for Logofai, the AI logo maker app published on the App Store and Google Play by Blinix Solutions Private Limited and operated by Blinix Solutions LLC.

It covers the iPhone and iPad app, the Android app and the web app at app.logofai.com. All three share one account, so deleting from any one of them deletes the account everywhere.

Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest route and needs no approval from us. It takes effect immediately.

  1. Open the Logofai app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device.
  2. Go to Settings, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm when asked. This cannot be undone.

The steps are identical on iOS and Android. They also work in the web app at app.logofai.com if you would rather do it from a computer.

Ask us to delete it for you

Use this if you cannot get into your account, or you would simply prefer we handled it.

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address on your Logofai account.
  2. Put Account deletion request in the subject line.
  3. We will confirm the request, delete the account and email you when it is done.

We action these within 30 days, and usually much sooner. If you write from a different address we will ask you to verify ownership of the account first, so that nobody else can delete your work.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following are removed:

  • Your account record, including your name, email address and password hash.
  • Any Google or Apple sign-in connection, including the Apple private relay address if you used one.
  • Every project you created, and the prompts and options you entered.
  • Every logo, brand kit, design system, mockup and image you generated.
  • Any logo or photo you uploaded.
  • Your remaining credit balance, which has no cash value and is not refundable.
  • Your push notification token, so the app can no longer message your device.

What is kept, and for how long

A small amount of data outlives the account, either because the law requires it or because it no longer identifies you.

  • Invoices and payment records: kept for as long as US tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. These contain the amount, the date and the plan, and we cannot delete them on request.
  • Encrypted backups: deleted data can persist in routine backups for up to 30 days after deletion, then it is overwritten on the normal backup cycle. Backups are not used to restore a deleted account.
  • Crash and diagnostic reports: kept for a limited period and then discarded. They contain device model, operating system version, app version and a technical stack trace, and are not linked to your projects.
  • Aggregate usage counts: figures such as how many logos were generated in a month. These carry no personal data and are not traceable back to you.
  • Support emails: kept for a limited period so we have a record of what was asked and answered.

Your subscription

Deleting your account ends any subscription you bought directly from us on the web.

A subscription bought inside the app is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so deleting your account does not stop store billing. You have to cancel it separately, or you will keep being charged.

  • iPhone and iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then cancel Logofai.
  • Android: open the Google Play Store, go to Subscriptions, then cancel Logofai.

Deleting the app on its own does not cancel a subscription either. Only the store can stop store billing.

Before you go

Download anything you want to keep first. Once the account is gone we cannot recover your logos, brand kits or mockups, and we have no copy to send you. Deletion is permanent.
