AI logo maker

AI logo maker for your whole brand.

Describe your business in one sentence. Logofai turns it into original logo concepts, then builds the mockups, brand guidelines and design.md around the one you pick.

Opens the Logofai web app. New accounts get 6 free credits, no card required, and each logo image uses 3.

How it works

How the AI logo maker works. Three steps.

Logofai is an AI logo generator built around a single input: a sentence about your business. There is no template library to browse and no editor to learn. The screens below are from the Logofai app, and the web app follows the same three steps.

  1. The Logofai prompt box with a restaurant logo description typed in
01Describe your business in one sentence

Name the business, say what it does and give it a feeling. “A mascot logo for a Japanese restaurant called Ramen Katsu, cheerful, red and yellow” is enough for the model to work with. Longer is not better; clearer is.

  2. A generated Ramen Katsu mascot logo with Refine and download buttons
    02Pick from the generated concepts

Choose one to four images per run at 3 credits each. Every concept is drawn for your description rather than assembled from shared icons. Generate again for a new direction, or refine the one you like by describing the change, such as a rounder mascot or a deeper red.

  3. A branding board built from the Ramen Katsu logo, with packaging, social posts, typography and colours
03Refine, then export the logo and brand assets

Download PNG or JPG, or an SVG vector on a subscription. From the same logo, one click starts mockups, a branding board, lifestyle photos, brand guidelines or a design.md, so every asset begins from the mark you approved.

Most people go from a sentence to a usable logo in a few minutes. The slow part is deciding between concepts, which is the part that should stay yours.

Real examples

Twelve real logos. With the prompt behind each.

Every logo below was generated with Logofai and is shown untouched, next to the prompt that produced it. Notice how short the prompts are. None runs past thirty words, and most name a structure such as a monogram, wordmark, badge or emblem, then two or three colours. That is the whole technique.

What you get, beyond the logo

Most tools that let you make a logo with AI stop at the logo. The file is the smallest part of what a new brand needs, so Logofai keeps going from the same mark, and everything it produces starts from the logo you approved rather than from a fresh guess.

Logo concepts and SVG vector export

Every concept downloads as PNG or JPG at full resolution. On any subscription you can convert a logo to an SVG vector for 3 credits, the format printers, sign makers and developers ask for, and downloading that SVG again costs nothing. Pro and Business also export transparent background PNGs.

Photoreal mockups

Put the logo on packaging, apparel, signage, stationery and screens, and find out whether it survives real surfaces before you print anything. The logo mockup generator shows the full range.

Lifestyle photography

Editorial photos with your branding in the scene: the storefront, a customer holding the cup, the team at work. They fill a website and social channels without booking a shoot. See lifestyle photos for real sets.

Brand guidelines

A written guide to colours, typography, logo usage and voice, so the next person who touches the brand, a printer, a freelancer or a new hire, uses it the way you intended. See how brand guidelines are built.

Logo Review

Unsure about a concept, or already have a logo from somewhere else? Logo Review scores a mark on seven dimensions for 3 credits and tells you what to fix before you commit to it.

design.md for Cursor, v0 and Lovable

On Pro and Business, Logofai writes a design.md from your logo for 9 credits: colour tokens, typography, spacing and voice in plain markdown. Drop it into a project and AI coding tools build in your brand instead of their own defaults. No other AI logo creator we have tested hands a developer that file.

AI logo maker vs hiring a designer

The two compete for the same job less often than it seems. Generation is fast and inexpensive: you can see dozens of directions for less than the cost of a single design consultation, and decide with real options in front of you. That suits new businesses, side projects, test launches and anyone whose brand needs to exist this week. It is also why so many owners start with a logo maker for small business rather than an agency brief.

A designer earns the fee in different situations. If your category is crowded and looking different is the entire strategy, research and positioning work is worth more than any number of generated concepts. The same goes for demanding applications, such as embroidery at small sizes, vehicle livery or engraving, where a mark may need redrawing by hand to reproduce, and for rebrands of a business with recognition to protect, where continuity matters more than novelty.

Plenty of businesses do both, in that order: generate and test directions with AI, launch with the strongest, then brief a designer later with real preferences instead of a blank page. Our comparison of an AI logo maker against a professional designer walks through the trade-off in detail.

How to write a prompt that gets a good logo

The quality of a generated logo tracks the quality of the sentence. You do not need prompt engineering, only five habits.

  • Name the business. “A bakery called Crumb and Co” gives the model letters to build with. Without a name you get a generic mark and have to add the lettering later.
  • Say what it does, and for whom. A children’s dentist and a cosmetic dentist need different logos, even though both fix teeth.
  • State the feeling in two or three words. Calm and clinical, loud and confident, warm and handmade. More adjectives dilute each other.
  • Name one style. A monogram, a mascot, a badge or a serif wordmark. One structure gives a cleaner result than a list of them. If you are unsure, the guide to logo styles shows what each one looks like.
  • Say what to avoid. No gradients, no symbol, nothing cartoonish. A short exclusion saves a round of refinement.

Put together, that becomes: “A calm serif wordmark for a coffee shop in Lisbon called Maré, deep teal on cream, no symbol.” One sentence, and it answers every question the model would otherwise have to guess. For more worked prompts across industries, see these AI logo prompt examples.

FAQ

Good questions.

Is Logofai's AI logo maker free?

New accounts get 6 free credits with no card required. A logo image costs 3 credits, so the free credits cover two images, enough to try the AI logo maker on your own business before paying. Paid plans start at $9.99 a month for 150 credits.

Can I use the logo commercially?

Yes. Under Logofai's Terms of Use you own the assets you generate and may use them for your business, including commercially. That covers logos, brand kits, design systems, mockups and every other output. Checking that your business name is free to trademark is still your own job.

Do I get a vector (SVG) file?

Yes, on any subscription plan. Choose SVG in the download options and the logo is converted to a vector for 3 credits, and downloading the same SVG again is free. An SVG scales to any size without losing quality, which is why printers and developers ask for it.

How is this different from other AI logo makers?

Most stop at the logo. Logofai also creates mockups, lifestyle photos, brand guidelines and a design.md file, so the AI coding tools you build with use your exact colours and fonts.

What is a design.md?

A plain-text file describing your brand's colours, typography, spacing and voice in a form AI tools can read. Put it in your project and tools like Cursor or v0 build in your brand instead of their defaults. Logofai writes one from your logo for 9 credits on the Pro and Business plans.

Can I make a logo on my phone?

Yes. The Logofai apps for iPhone and Android share your account and credits with the web, so a logo you start on your phone is waiting when you sign in on a computer.

Ready when you are.

One sentence is all it takes to see your first logo.
