Terms of Use

These terms cover logofai.com, the web app at app.logofai.com, the Logofai app for iPhone and iPad on the App Store, and the Logofai app for Android on Google Play. We refer to all of these together as the Service.

Logofai is operated by Blinix Solutions LLC ("Blinix Solutions", "we", "us"). It runs the Service, holds your account and is responsible for your data.

Our affiliate Blinix Solutions Private Limited publishes the Logofai apps on the App Store and Google Play, and is the seller of record for purchases you make inside those apps. Where a clause below applies to one company rather than both, it says which.

By creating an account, downloading the app or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who can use Logofai

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and to buy credits or a subscription. If you are using Logofai on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.

Logofai is not intended for children.

Your account

Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can sign in with an email address and password, with Google, or with Apple. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we work with the private relay address Apple gives us.

Accounts are for individual use. For team or multi-user needs, contact us.

You can delete your account at any time, from account settings in the mobile apps or in the web app. Deleting your account removes your projects and generated assets and ends any active subscription. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data.

Credits, subscriptions and billing

Generations consume credits as described on the pricing page. Every new account starts with 15 free credits. A generation that fails refunds its credits automatically. Subscription credits refresh each month and do not roll over.

Where you buy matters, because the two routes are billed and refunded by different companies.

Buying on the web

Purchases made on logofai.com or app.logofai.com are sold by Blinix Solutions LLC and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your current period running to its end.

Buying inside the iOS and Android apps

Purchases made inside the app are sold by Blinix Solutions Private Limited as seller of record, and processed by Apple through In-App Purchase or by Google through Google Play Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Account at confirmation.

  • A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown for your plan.
  • Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings on iOS, or under Subscriptions in the Google Play Store on Android. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us. We cannot issue a refund for a purchase we did not process.

If something goes wrong with an in-app purchase, write to us anyway at [email protected]. We will help you sort it out with the store and make it right on our side where we can.

Your content and ownership

You own the assets you generate with Logofai and may use them for your business, including commercially. This applies to logos, brand kits, design systems, mockups and every other output, whether you generated them on the web or in the app.

You are responsible for the prompts you write and for making sure your use of generated assets, for example the names and slogans you type, does not infringe the rights of others. Trademark clearance of your brand name remains your responsibility.

You keep any logo or image you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the Service for you.

Our intellectual property

The Service itself stays ours. That means the Logofai apps and website, our name and logo, our interface, our code and our prompts and pipelines. Nothing in these terms transfers those to you. This does not limit your ownership of the assets you generate, which is covered above.

Acceptable use

  • No generating unlawful, hateful or infringing content.
  • No attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the Service.
  • No reselling access to the Service itself.
  • No using the Service to build a competing model or dataset.
  • No sharing an account with people outside your business.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Apple App Store terms

These clauses apply when you use the Logofai app on an Apple device, and Apple requires us to include them. The app is published by Blinix Solutions Private Limited, which is the developer of record shown on the App Store, so these clauses name that company.

  1. This agreement is between you and Blinix Solutions Private Limited only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
  2. Your licence to use the app is limited to a non-transferable licence to run it on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
  3. Blinix Solutions Private Limited is solely responsible for support and maintenance of the app. Apple has no obligation to provide either.
  4. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
  5. Blinix Solutions Private Limited, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection or similar law.
  6. Blinix Solutions Private Limited, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
  7. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as terrorist supporting, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  8. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

Google Play terms

The Android app is published by Blinix Solutions Private Limited, which is the developer of record shown on Google Play. When you use the app, the Google Play Terms of Service apply to your download and to any Google Play Billing purchase alongside these terms. Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app.

The app on your device

You are responsible for your device, your operating system version and your data connection. Some features need an internet connection and will not work offline. We support recent versions of iOS and Android and may end support for older versions over time.

The apps may ask permission to use your camera or photo library, so you can upload a logo or photo, and permission to send notifications. You can grant or refuse each of these, and change your mind later in your device settings. Refusing a permission only disables the feature that needs it.

Changes to the Service

We add, change and occasionally retire features. If we retire something you paid for and cannot offer a fair replacement, contact us and we will sort out your credits or subscription.

Termination

You can stop using Logofai and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the Service. If we end your access without cause, we will refund any unused portion of a subscription you bought from us directly.

Service and liability

We work hard to keep Logofai fast and available, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Generated output is produced by an AI model and will not always be what you hoped for. That is what the free credits and the automatic refund on failed generations are there for.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either of us may seek an injunction anywhere to protect intellectual property.

Both Blinix Solutions LLC and Blinix Solutions Private Limited agree to Texas law and to the jurisdiction of Texas courts for any dispute under these terms, wherever you bought and whichever company sold to you. You get one forum and one set of rules regardless of platform.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Meaningful changes will be noted here with a new date, and we will tell you in the app or by email where the change affects what you paid for. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
