These terms govern your use of logofai.com, app.logofai.com and the Logofai mobile apps, operated by Blinix Solutions LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for individual use. For team or multi-user needs, contact us.
Credits and billing
Generations consume credits as described on the pricing page. Failed generations refund their credits automatically. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from your account; billing is processed by Stripe. Credits refresh monthly and do not roll over.
Your content and ownership
You own the assets you generate with Logofai and may use them for your business, including commercially. You are responsible for the prompts you write and for making sure your use of generated assets (for example, names and slogans you type) does not infringe the rights of others. Trademark clearance of your brand name remains your responsibility.
Acceptable use
- No generating unlawful, hateful or infringing content.
- No attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service.
- No reselling access to the service itself.
Service and liability
We work hard to keep Logofai fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
