Privacy Policy

Logofai is operated by Blinix Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use logofai.com, app.logofai.com and the Logofai mobile apps, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address and password hash when you create an account, or your Google account email if you sign in with Google.
  • Content you create: prompts you write, options you select, logos you upload and the images and documents you generate. Your projects are private to your account.
  • Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep records of your plan, credits and invoices.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies.

How we use it

  • To run the service: generating your assets, storing your projects, managing credits and billing.
  • To improve Logofai: understanding which features are used and where people get stuck.
  • To communicate: service emails about your account, generations and billing. Marketing email only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe any time.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not claim ownership of the brands you generate. Assets you create are yours to use for your business.
  • We do not use your private projects for advertising.

Where your data lives

Account data and generated assets are stored on secured servers and cloud storage with encryption in transit. Generated images are served from our media CDN. We keep your assets for as long as your account exists; deleting your account deletes your projects and images and cancels your subscription immediately.

Third parties we rely on

  • Stripe for payments and invoicing.
  • Google for optional sign-in and, with your consent, analytics.
  • AI model providers that process your prompts to generate images and documents. Prompts are sent for processing only, not for training on your private data.

Your rights

You can access, update or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA, including data portability and the right to object to processing. We honour these requests for everyone.

Children

Logofai is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will note it here and update the date above.
